Find your matched peptides →Why we haven't launched peptides yet
In the United States today, the peptides on this page are legally classified for research and laboratory purposes only. They have not been approved for human use. Any provider currently selling or prescribing them for human consumption is operating without regulatory oversight, without verified sourcing, and without the clinical safeguards that exist to protect you. That is not a risk we are willing to take with your health — or our integrity.
SofiaRX will only offer peptides once they are cleared for human prescription through a licensed compounding pharmacy that meets 503A certification standards, operates under FDA inspection, and follows strict pharmaceutical-grade manufacturing protocols.
The FDA's advisory committee is scheduled to review several of these compounds at their July 2026 meeting. Once they are approved for clinical use and can be lawfully prescribed by our licensed medical team, we will make them available through the same supervised, evidence-based process we apply to every protocol on this platform. Until then, your intake goes to the front of the queue.

Emideltide
Delta Sleep-Inducing Peptide (DSIP)
Deep sleep architecture and overnight regeneration
A naturally occurring neuropeptide first isolated in 1974 and found in the hypothalamus, limbic system, and pituitary — the brain regions that govern sleep, stress response, and hormonal regulation. Poor sleep is one of the most underestimated obstacles to metabolic progress, and Emideltide works at its root.
Benefits
- Promotes deep delta-wave sleep architecture
- Stimulates natural growth hormone release during sleep cycles
- May reduce stress-induced cortisol and evening anxiety
- Supports circadian rhythm regulation and overnight cellular repair
Protocol
Pending approval — 100–600mcg subcutaneous before sleep. Typical cycle: 5 nights on / 2 nights off, 4–8 weeks.
Stack
Pairs with Epitalon for sleep and longevity protocols. Particularly relevant for GLP-1 patients where poor sleep is slowing weight loss outcomes.
Semax
Synthetic ACTH Analog
Focus, memory, and neuroprotection
A heptapeptide derived from ACTH (adrenocorticotropic hormone), originally developed in Russia in the 1980s for stroke recovery and cognitive impairment. Now approved for clinical use in Russia and several Eastern European countries. Semax acts primarily by increasing BDNF — the brain's primary growth and repair protein.
Benefits
- Increases BDNF (brain-derived neurotrophic factor)
- Improves focus, attention, and working memory
- Anxiolytic effects without sedation or dependency
- Neuroprotective — may support recovery from cognitive insults
Protocol
Pending approval — 300–900mcg intranasal, 1–2x daily. Short cycles of 2–4 weeks are typical. Also available subcutaneous for systemic delivery.
Stack
Can combine with Emideltide where cognitive performance and sleep quality intersect; used standalone for focused cognitive cycles.
Epitalon
Epithalamin Tetrapeptide
Telomere support and cellular anti-aging
A synthetic tetrapeptide (Ala-Glu-Asp-Gly) derived from Epithalamin, a pineal gland extract. The subject of decades of Russian longevity research dating to the 1970s — making it among the most studied peptides in the anti-aging field. Its primary mechanism involves activating telomerase, the enzyme responsible for maintaining telomere length.
Benefits
- Activates telomerase and supports telomere elongation
- Regulates circadian rhythm and supports melatonin production
- Potent antioxidant and immune modulation effects
- May support hormonal balance and lifespan-related biomarkers
Protocol
Pending approval — 5–10mg/day subcutaneous for 10–20 day cycles, 2–3 times per year.
Stack
Often combined with Emideltide for sleep and longevity; used standalone in dedicated anti-aging protocols.
