These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SofiaRX platform, including our website, mobile application, telehealth services, medication fulfillment, laboratory services, and Sofia AI health coach (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, completing the intake questionnaire, or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that:

• You have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy;
• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are a resident of a U.S. state in which SofiaRX operates;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement; and
• All information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Description of Services

SofiaRX provides a physician-supervised metabolic health platform that may include:

• Telehealth evaluations: Asynchronous and video consultations with licensed independent clinicians.
• Prescription medication fulfillment: Facilitating fulfillment via licensed compounding pharmacies for GLP-1 and peptide protocols.
• At-home laboratory testing: Blood draw kits and results interpretation.
• Sofia AI health coach: AI-powered tool for general health coaching and protocol tracking.
• Care team messaging: Secure messaging through the patient portal.

3. Medical Disclaimer and Scope of Services

3.1 SofiaRX Is Not a Medical Provider

SofiaRX is a technology company, not a medical provider. Clinical services are provided by independent licensed clinicians. SofiaRX does not control their clinical decisions.

3.2 Sofia Is Not a Doctor

The Sofia AI health coach is an informational tool and does not provide medical advice or diagnosis. Always consult your human clinician for medical decisions.

3.3 Compounded Medications

Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. This means the FDA has not verified their safety, efficacy, or quality. They are not bioequivalent substitutes for branded products like Ozempic® or Wegovy®.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18, physically located in a state where we operate, and meet clinical criteria established by a provider to use the Services.

6. Prescription Medications

Prescription medications cannot be returned or exchanged once dispensed. It is your responsibility to follow all self-administration instructions provided.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the SofiaRX platform is owned by or licensed to SofiaRX. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the platform without written consent.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. SOFIARX DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

11. Limitation of Liability

TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO SOFIARX IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA), rather than in court.
