California Privacy Rights Notice

This California Privacy Rights Notice ("Notice") supplements our Privacy Policy and applies specifically to residents of the State of California. It describes the rights you have under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 and the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (collectively, "CCPA/CPRA") and how to exercise them.
HIPAA and CCPA Overlap
Important: Health information subject to HIPAA is exempt from CCPA. Your rights regarding Protected Health Information (PHI) are described in our Notice of Privacy Practices (NPP). This Notice covers personal information not governed by HIPAA, such as website analytics and marketing data.

5. Your California Privacy Rights
- Right to Know: You may request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
- Right to Delete: You may request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal exceptions (such as medical record retention requirements).
- Right to Correct: You may request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Right to Limit Use of Sensitive PI: You may direct us to limit our use of sensitive data to what is necessary for providing the Services.
- Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing: We do not sell data for money, but we may share it for behavioral advertising. You have the right to opt out.
