Returns and Refunds Policy

This Returns and Refunds Policy ("Policy") describes the circumstances under which SofiaRX LLC ("SofiaRX," "we," "us," or "our") will and will not issue refunds for subscription fees, medications, laboratory services, and other charges.
1. Prescription Medications — Non-Returnable
Prescription medications dispensed through SofiaRX cannot be returned, exchanged, or re-dispensed once shipped. This is a requirement of federal and state pharmacy law.
This applies to all GLP-1 medications (compounded semaglutide, tirzepatide) and all peptide compounds (BPC-157, TB-500, MOTS-c, Semax, Epitalon, DSIP, KPV, and others).
Exceptions — Damaged or Defective Shipments
If your medication arrives visibly damaged, tampered with, or outside the required temperature range, please contact us at legal@sofiarx.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide a description and photos of the issue.
- We will work with the pharmacy to arrange a replacement at no charge.
- We do not issue cash refunds for defective shipments — replacement is the standard remedy.
2. Subscription Fees
2.1 Monthly Subscriptions
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable for the current billing period once charged. If you cancel after a renewal charge has processed, you will retain access through the end of that period.
We do not issue prorated refunds, except:
- If you were charged in error (duplicate charge).
- If a clinician determines you are clinically ineligible for treatment before any medication has shipped.
2.3 "No Prescription" Situations
If a licensed clinician determines you are not eligible for treatment after you have paid your first fee, we will issue a full refund for that billing period, provided no medications have been shipped.
3. Laboratory Services
Lab kits are non-refundable once the kit has shipped or the sample has been submitted.
- If your sample is rejected by the lab, we will typically provide a replacement kit at no charge.
- Results that are inconclusive or rejected due to collection error are not eligible for refunds.
5. How to Cancel
You may cancel via:

8. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days and returned to your original payment method.
